  1. Installation, Commissioning & Training: Giant will provide a comprehensive Installation, Commissioning and Training on supplied equipment & machineries free of charge.
  2. Pre-Installation Requirement: All necessary site preparation as per manufacturer guideline, client must prepare the site for the ease of installation.
  3. Warranty : Giant provides a comprehensive warranty support for 1 year from the date of installation against manufacturing defects with parts and labour. Any damage due to improper use, mishandling by end user, voltage surges, natural calamities like Flood, Fire, Earthquake etc. will void the warranty coverages.
  4. Beyond Warranty: Any equipment or machinery which are out of warranty, shall have to payable for Diagnosis / Repairs / Spare Parts.
  5. Diagnosis / Repair: Giant engineers are available to provide quick support for diagnosis, repair and maintenance with assurance of standard service charges.
  6. Annual Maintenance Contracts ( AMC) : Customers may undergo a AMC Contracts for set of equipment or machinery for Yearly basis to make sure the equipment or machines are running smoothly and accurately. AMC contracts can be offered for selected items and number of visit like
